By accessing or using Storebridger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel orders for stock, pricing, or fraud reasons. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.

We accept payments via Paystack, Nomba, and bank transfer. By submitting payment, you confirm the payment instrument is valid and authorized for the transaction.

Shipping terms, costs, and timelines are set out on our Shipping & Return page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Refunds and returns are governed by our Shipping & Return policy. Final-sale items, personalized goods, and certain hygiene products are non-returnable.

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by Storebridger or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, comments) but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. Don't post content you don't have rights to.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation
• Use bots or scrapers without our written consent
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users or staff

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storebridger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
